In each class we will target both upper and lower body muscle groups using a Push/Pull training split method. In conjunction with the Neubie, you will amplify your full body physique in an efficient strengthening and electrically charged workout!

ELECTRIC MEDITATION

This targeted class is focused on activating, toning and firming the glutes. We use advanced technology to amplify your workouts and get faster results.In this calming 45 minute class, psychotherapist and yoga teacher, Nicole Vykoukal, LCSW pairs Neufit's master reset with the ancient wisdom of yoga nidra.

Benefits include activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, relaxation and stress relief, improved stress tolerance and sleep, and help coping with pain, depression, and anxiety.
