Each Intensive is tailored to your unique goals and needs, maximizing every moment of your time with us. Your experience starts with a full assessment to understand how your nervous system is working-and where it needs support. From there, we build a personalized plan that uses high-quality input to retrain your brain and body to move together again.
Your Neuro Intensive may include:
- Targeted activations and breathwork to improve nervous system function
- Neubie device sessions to promote high-quality input and brain-to- muscle communication
- Manual cueing and guided repetition to reinforce new patterns
- Strength and conditioning drills for stability and endurance
- Gait retraining and postural control work
